Pump Oil Cans & Oil Dispensing Cans
Hand-fed lubrication oil cans for machine shops, garages and maintenance crews — and a 45-model, brand-ready programme for distributors, importers and private-label buyers.
Specification reviewed by Alisa Xu, Product Manager · LinkedIn A pump oil can is the tool a fitter reaches for when a bearing, chain, hinge or slide needs a few controlled drops — not a flood. Using the wrong container is what causes the two problems buyers actually complain about: over-lubrication that attracts dust and damages seals, and splashing that wastes oil and creates a slip hazard. A pump-action oil can with a rigid or flexible spout meters the oil and reaches the point that a bulk bottle cannot.
We manufacture this range in Yuyao, Zhejiang and supply it to distributors and private-label brands worldwide. The collection below covers the four groups a tool range usually needs: American-style pump cans, European handle and lever cans, high-pressure feed cans, and compact/mini oilers — from 150 cc workshop oilers to 500 cc shop cans.
What counts as a professional oil can
Buyers who specify oil cans for a professional channel judge them on four things, not on looks:
- Pump action, not gravity. A hand pump delivers oil under light pressure, so a heavy or cold oil still reaches the wear point. Gravity-fed cans cannot.
- A spout that fits the job. Rigid steel spouts for open gears and pins, flexible or curved spouts for confined lubrication points, and telescopic spouts where the access is deep.
- A body that does not corrode. Painted steel for durability in a workshop; transparent plastic where a crew needs to see the oil level at a glance.
- Seals and threads that hold. The pump head and the base seam are where cheap cans fail — they seep, then leak, then get thrown away.
Our range is built to exactly these criteria, and each model group is available with the pump, cap and spout combination your market already sells.
The four oil-can groups in this collection
1. American-style oil cans — plastic or metal pump
The classic round-body hand oiler sold in US and Latin-American tool channels. Available with a plastic pump head for retail and DIY ranges, or a metal pump head for a heavier-duty feel. Bodies are painted steel with the traditional loop handle.
American oil can — plastic pump (CJ-001 / CJ-002)European oil can — lever handle (CJ-008 / CJ-009 / CJ-010)
2. European-style oil cans — standard and lever handle
The European profile that dominates UK, German and Nordic catalogues. The standard-handle version suits a conventional squeeze-and-pump action; the lever-handle version gives a longer, easier stroke for thicker oils. Both are stocked in 250 cc, 350 cc and 500 cc.
3. High-pressure feed oil cans
For machining, pressing and production lines, the high-pressure feed oil can uses a pump that builds enough pressure to push oil through a long spout into deep or horizontal lubrication points — including the two-spout options and the high-pressure feed variants used in machine-tool maintenance.
European oil can — standard handle (CJ-005 / CJ-006 / CJ-007)Compact / slim oiler with rigid spout (CJ-017)
4. Compact, mini and transparent oilers
Small 150 cc oilers fit a shirt pocket or a machine-side bracket; transparent bodies let an operator check the level without opening the can. Spout choices include rigid, flexible and curved. These are the high-turn, low-cost line items that pull a full oil-can assortment through the same carton.

What is the difference between a pump oil can and a gravity oil can?
A pump oil can uses a hand pump to push oil out under light pressure, so it works with heavier oils and horizontal or upward lubrication points. A gravity can relies on the oil flowing down and only suits thin oils applied from above.
Which capacity should I stock?
150 cc mini oilers for precision and machine-side use, 250–300 cc for general workshop lubrication (the volume seller), and 350–500 cc for shop cans and high-pressure feed applications. Most distributors carry a 250/300/500 spread.
Do you supply American-style and European-style oil cans?
Yes. The American round-body pump can and the European standard/lever-handle profile are both in the range, so you can serve US and EU catalogues from one supplier.
Steel or transparent plastic body?
Painted steel is the durable default for trade use; transparent plastic lets the operator see the oil level and suits retail and DIY ranges. Both are available across the main sizes.
Can you do OEM / private label and custom colour?
Yes — custom body colour, logo, label and packaging are available, and we confirm samples against your specification before production.
What is the MOQ?
Small-batch customisation is supported; the minimum differs by model and finish. Tell us the models and quantity and we confirm the MOQ and lead time.
Can I mix oil cans with other tools in one order?
Yes. Many buyers combine oil cans with flaring tools, drain augers and rivet nut tools to build a complete hand-tool assortment from one shipment.
Can I get samples first?
Paid samples are available. Sample cost and delivery are confirmed per model and destination.
